These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of palladianarthouse.com (the "Site"), operated by Palladian Arthouse under Highgate Hotels at Kimpton Palladian Hotel ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Use of This Site

This Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate event inquiries. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the Site
• Transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, harmful, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

2. Event Inquiries and Pricing

Inquiries Are Not Contracts

Submitting an inquiry through this Site does not constitute a reservation, booking, or binding contract of any kind. All event arrangements are subject to a separate written event agreement signed by both parties. No pricing, availability, or package information on this Site constitutes a binding offer.

Pricing and Package Information

All prices, packages, and capacity figures shown on this Site are provided for general planning purposes and are subject to change without notice. Actual pricing will be confirmed in writing by our events team. All packages are subject to a 26% service charge and applicable Washington State sales tax, as disclosed on the Site.

Response Time

We strive to respond to all inquiries within 4 business hours during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm PT). Response times are not guaranteed and do not create any obligation on our part.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, photography, graphics, logos, event space names, the Palladian Arthouse name and brand, and the overall design and layout — is the property of Palladian Arthouse, Highgate Hotels, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, or their respective licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, print, and download content from this Site solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — including reproducing images, repurposing copy, or using our brand assets — requires our prior written consent.

Photography and Images

All event photography displayed on this Site is used with permission from the respective photographers and/or clients. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of any image is prohibited.

Artist in Residence

Artwork associated with Dozfy, Palladian Arthouse's Artist in Residence, is the exclusive intellectual property of the respective artist. No reproduction or commercial use is permitted without written authorization from both the artist and Palladian Arthouse.

4. Third-Party Links and Services

This Site contains links to third-party websites and services including Instagram, LinkedIn, The Knot, WeddingWire, IHG One Rewards, and third-party PDF hosting. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

The 360° Virtual Tour is hosted by a third-party provider (visitme.co). Use of that service is subject to their own terms and privacy policy.

5. Venue Policies

Use of our event spaces is subject to separate venue policies provided at the time of booking. These policies address, among other things:

• Cancellation and rescheduling terms
• Deposit and payment requirements
• Outside catering and vendor policies
• Alcohol service and Washington State liquor law compliance
• Noise, curfew, and building regulations
• Event insurance requirements
• Damage liability

Nothing on this Site modifies or supersedes the terms of any signed event contract. In the event of a conflict, the signed event contract governs.

6. Alcohol and Age Requirements

Palladian Arthouse serves alcohol through Shaker + Spear and PennyRoyal, operating under Washington State liquor licenses. Alcohol service is available only to guests aged 21 and older. Valid government-issued identification may be required. We comply with all Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board regulations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information on this Site. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature or content at any time without notice.

Capacity figures, floor plan dimensions, and amenity descriptions are provided in good faith but are subject to change. Final specifications will be confirmed in your event contract.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Palladian Arthouse, Highgate Hotels, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, and IHG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use this Site, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, or utility failures. This includes events related to major sporting event scheduling changes, governmental venue restrictions, or security directives.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
